Together, we’ll move at your pace, with thoughtful guidance and plenty of room to pause and ask questions.Pricing*:
1 person: $120 per session
2 people: $135 per session
3+ people: Personalized small group class — please contact us to discuss
*For At-Home sessions there is an extra $5 charge for travel

About Missy

Missy first discovered yoga in 2011 and quickly fell in love with the practice, finding it to be both transformative and life-saving during challenging times. After completing her 200-hour teacher training with Lara Heimann at YogaStream in Princeton, NJ, she developed a deep focus on proper alignment, functional movement, and compassionate teaching. Today, she brings that same passion to her clients, blending mindfulness with strength and mobility work.Outside of teaching, Missy stays active through weightlifting and exploring new ways to train the body with intelligence and intention. She shares her home with her beloved dog, Stella, and cat, Bindy, who bring joy and balance to her life. Whether relaxing on the beach, lifting weights, or spending time with friends, Missy lives and teaches from a place of versatility, movement, and connection.
