You can take yoga classes with me in person in group settings, privately, as well as online.

Whether you’re new to the practice, or looking to advance your existing practice, give your body the movement it wants & needs! You’re body, mind, and spirit will thank you. Private sessions are great to tailor the class to your individual needs and what you want to gain out of the practice! In this setting, you’re free to ask as many questions as you’d like and discuss anything pertaining to your practice. It is a wonderful way to learn about any imbalances in the body due to various daily activities and routines, and then learn what to do to work on rebalancing. We’ll come up with a plan together to get you moving in the best way for you! I am available for sessions in person OR via Skype (or FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc.)
